General Tab

The General tab allows you to customize the application's appearance and behavior.

• Appearance

  • Color Theme: Choose between Dark and Light themes.

  • Font Scale: Adjust the size of the text in the application.

• Keyboard/Mouse Capture: Enable or disable keyboard/mouse capture. You can turn off keyboard and mouse capture whenever needed, such as during a presentation or demonstration.

  • Fast Keyboard Capture: When enabled, keyboard events are sent to the target even when capture mode is off. Mouse events still require capture mode.

  • Desktop Integration Mode: When enabled, you can move the mouse pointer in and out of Kiwi application window as smoothly as with any local application, without needing to manually capture or release the cursor. This requires firmware version 2.0 or later.

  • Auto Release Capture After Idle: Automatically release keyboard/mouse capture after a period of user inactivity.

• Mouse Jiggle/Shake:

  • Mode: Choose between Simple and Random.

  • Step: Adjust the intensity of the mouse movement.

  • Idle Time to Resume (Seconds): Resume jiggling after the user has been inactive for a while.
