The Kiwi Pro features GPIO ports consisting of six pins. Pins 2 and 5 are specifically designated as GND. Pins 1 and 3 are configurable as either UART or GPIO, while Pins 4 and 6 are exclusively for GPIO use.
When the Kiwi Pro is connected, click the "GPIO/Port" button on the toolbar or go to Advanced -> GPIO/Port to configure port connections.
Go to Connection & ATX Control tab to configure port connections.
The connection settings will not be activated until you click the "Apply Settings" button.
Go to GPIO tab to set up the GPIO pins. When pin-1 and pin-3 are set up for UART use, they will be greyed out and unavailable for GPIO configuration.
Each pin can be set as input, output or pulse. For input pins, you have the option to set the mode to either Pull Up or Pull Down. For output pins, you can configure them to be either low or high.
The GPIO settings will not be activated until you click the "Apply" button.
