Video Tab
The Device tab provides options for configuring your Cytrence Kiwi device.
Kiwi: Select your Cytrence Kiwi device from the dropdown menu.
Friendly Name: Assign a friendly name to the Kiwi device
Screen Resolution: Choose the desired resolution for the display.
Refresh Rate: Set the refresh rate for the display.
Sync target resolution: Automatically adjust the target display’s resolution when the screen resolution is changed.
Fit window size to the resolution: Enable 1:1 display mode.
Mute Audio: Toggle to mute audio from the target computer.
Mute Audio in Recording: Toggle to mute audio when recording the target computer's screen.
To apply a new screen resolution, you must disconnect and reconnect Kiwi after changing the resolution.
In rare cases the Kiwi keyboard might not work with some old BIOS on older PC models. Try the following:
Make sure the virtual disk is not mounted.
Disable the virtual serial port if it’s on.
Switch the keyboard to legacy mode.
